Delivering Sports Fun to as Many Kids as Possible is our Goal

With this at the forefront of our mission we have partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW CT to donate boxes to kids throughout the year! We will donate boxes each month to match the sport interests of pre-selected "littles".  We will also be adding the opportunity for others to donate boxes in the future.

About Big Brothers Big Sisters & Our Relationship

For more than 40 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people by provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.  In Southwestern Connecticut we serve over 480 kids in our program and have 102 kids waiting to be matched with mentors so if you want to volunteer visit our website (learn more)
We are really appreciative of our relationship with Sports Box Co to give our matches a fun, free opportunity to connect even more with their love of sports and give them an activity to participate in together. More than 60% of our Littles participate in either basketball, baseball or hockey so many can benefit from the generous donation from Sports Box C

Would you be interested in purchasing a box or subscription to be donated?

We are currently working on adding this type of program to be available by November in time for the holiday season. The idea would be that anyone could purchase a one-time box or multi-month subscription for an underprivliged child. This would be a great opportunity to help build the love of sports for these kids so that they have something more constructive to turn to as an outlet. Let us know what you think about this as we work out the details; email us at with any feedback or questions.
